We don't delete accounts. The reason for this is that your account contains all of your media purchases, and if we delete it we will be removing products that you or your church has paid for.
If you are leaving a church or organization and the products in your account were purchased by that organization, the best thing is to hand over access to the church. You can change the any account information associated with your account at any time, simply by logging in, and going to "Welcome" and the "My Account". You will see a place where you can edit the name, email address, password, etc there.
WorshipHouse Media does not have a subscription fee. If you no longer wish to be charged by WorshipHouse Media, you would just no longer make purchase through our website! You can always come back anytime you'd like. We'll be here!
