To download the items you have already purchased, please follow these steps:
1. Go to www.worshiphousemedia.com and login to your account.
2. Click on the "My Media" button in the upper right hand corner of the page.
3. You will then see a list of the items you have purchased.
4. Next to the title of the one you would like to download, click on the green "Download" button.
5. Once the item is downloaded, it will need to be unzipped. Most computers do this automatically when you double-click the file. If this does not happen automatically, you may need to right-click the file and select "Extract All" or "Extract Files" from the dropdown menu. If that is not available, you may need to choose "Open With" and then select an unzipping utility from the menu like Stuffit Expander or WinZip. In some rare cases, your computer will not have a program pre-installed to handle zip files. You will need to download a free ZIP utility. We recommend Stuffit, but there are a number of options available to you on the internet (free and paid). Here is a link to the free download for Stuffit Expander for Mac and Stuffit Expander for Windows.
6. Once unzipped, you should have a new file with new extension (instead of a .zip extension). That file is ready to be used.
